Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed in advance. Custom orders require a deposit. Full payment is due upon pickup or delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date.
